I absolutely love the journals from Gentle Roots. This one has to be my favorite. It has so many great prompts- What are the things that you were told by the voices in your head? Asks about forgiveness and anxiety- lots of space to write and color and draw! I’m hoping to get the F*ck It journal next!

Perfect little journal

I just got this Monday and had to sit down with it right away! The size is perfect for me, there's lots of room to write, color etc. I enjoy the prompts as well for those days when you aren't sure where to start. This company makes some of the best journals and I really enjoy them all.
