Food for the soul
I purchased because the title made me laugh and the cover was pretty. So I decided to let my curiosity win. It arrived quickly and did not disappoint. I quickly paged through the book and the questions and prompts are funny, insightful, thoughtful, deep, meaningful and more than I expected. I was going to gift this but decided to keep it for myself and will be buying many more to gift.

Good mental health book
I'm relatively new to journaling, but knew I wanted to do something different than a daily diary type thing. I needed some prompts to get me started, but I'm not a hearts-and-flowers kinda girl so the positive everyday prompts wouldn't work for me. This journal hit the mark. Sarcastic yet positive.

I love this book!
Bought as a gift for someone. She loved it and was using it that same day. Fun to use, especially if you're an angry person/teenager but also does the trick of getting those emotions out. The person I gave it to has said it really helps her to get that frustration out when writing it down, very cathartic.
